      Welcome to Hair Pro UK, Bexhill and thank you for visiting our website. Our salon has been a hairdressers for almost 100 years. Sam, took over the business from her mother, who retired in 2004, making Hair Pro UK the salon it is today.

       

      With over 30 years experience in the Hair Industry, educating for a major product brand, In-salon Assessor, SSRH and an accredited Colour Master, Sam passes her knowledge to the team and encourages courses and seminars so that Hair Pro UK can provide fabulous hair, wearable and affordable with the best advise possible.

      Our team are very talented, some of our stylists have been with us from the start of their hairdressing careers, having their children and returning to the salon to do the hair that they love.
       
      Hairdressing is very individual and so is our team. Your stylist will consult with you and give you an honest opinion as to whether your expectations are achievable and will do our best to achieve your desired look.

      All our reliable stylists are fully qualified and hold NVQ3 or equivalent qualifications. Our team also consists of in-salon assessors and a master craftsman, who hold a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of hairdressing.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    Our prices are based on time and may change for longer hair, more product and additional time allocated to each service. We reserve the right to alter prices subject to additional requirements upon consultation.
    
    SKIN TESTING / ALERGY ALERT – Following manufactures instructions it is our duty of care to keep ALL our guests skin test up to date. We will NOT apply colour to anyone under 16yrs old, or to any guest, new or existing, without an up to date skin test. New colour guests MUST have a consultation and skin test a minimum of 48 hrs prior to a colour appointment.
    
    DEPOSITS/BOOKING FEE’s – Are NON -refundable. We may request a deposit/booking fee with some appointments. All guests that are new to our salon will be required to pay a deposit/booking fee when booking to secure the first appointment. We require £20 for cutting services and £50 for colouring services booked over the phone, to be paid by card.
    On line bookings will require a secure card payment of a minimum of £20 or 50% of the service booked, whichever is higher. Hair Pro uk cannot access and do not store any card details.
    
    CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES – We require NO LESS than 48hrs notice of cancellation or reschedule to allow the deposit/booking fee to be transferred to the next appointment. Deposits/booking fees will become non-transferable without the 48hrs notice and will be charged as a cancelation fee.
    When deposits/booking fee’s have not been taken, without 48hrs notice, 50% of the cancelled/ rescheduled service will be charged for immediate payment or for settlement with the next appointment. A deposit/booking fee may also be requested to secure the next appointment.
    
    DATA PROTECTION/PRIVACY- We take your privacy seriously and the information we collect about you will be held confidentially and in compliance with GDPR (data protection laws). Your personal information will be stored securely within our IT system or in a locked filing cabinet and can only be seen by members of out team.  Your personal information, whilst you are a guest will be held for 4 years after your last visit, after which will be deleted (unless we are required by law to keep you personal information for longer). We do not store and have no access to any saved card details.
    
    COMPLAINTS – Our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with our services. Whilst we strive to achieve this, complaints are very rare but we take them seriously. All staff will endeavour to consult and deal with any issues quickly, in an effective, fair and honest way. Please speak to a senior team member or Sam the salon owner as soon as possible if an issue arises, so that we can feed back to relevant staff members and efficiently seek to resolve such complaints.
